Both Beege and I have written about the storming of a Minneapolis church during services that happened yesterday.
The event was live-streamed by Don Lemon and other citizen journalists, and Lemon himself indicated that he coordinated with the protesters prior to the attack.

I’m not going to recapitulate everything that happened, but suffice it to say that the whole point of the exercise was to ensure that worshippers would be driven out of their church, and that the parishioners would be terrorized and left to wonder whether they could congregate without fear of attacks.
Don Lemon himself said as much.
Don Lemon is explicitly stating that his intent in storming this church during Sunday services was to traumatize the participants.
He’s just confessed to terrorism.

Don Lemon flew to Minneapolis to live-stream this protest, having coordinated with people who he had every reason intended to break federal law. He participated, at least to some extent, by badgering and lecturing the pastor. One could argue either side about whether he was a journalist or a participant, and I am not sure what side I would come down on yet, but at the very least this would be equivalent to a journalist being informed of and invited to broadcast a federal crime. That seems, on its face, to be prosecutable, as he is acting as a propagandist for the criminals.

Lemon seems to believe that this is First Amendment-protected activity because Don Lemon is a moron. In fact, aside from violating basic property rights and arguably being low-level terrorism, it is also a violation of several federal laws that have been prosecuted under both Republican and Democratic administrations.

BREAKING: DOJ Announces Intention to Charge Don Lemon under the Ku Klux Klan Act.
The KKK Act makes it illegal to threaten, hurt, or intimidate people to prevent them from exercising their God-given rights.

President Biden pursued and got convicted abortion protesters who prayed outside an abortion clinic in a hallway, and the entire left applauded as they were convicted of felonies for sitting outside the clinic silently and praying.

The FACE act applies as well to impeding access to places of worship, and these “protesters” committed acts far more disruptive, and conspired to do so with people across state lines.

Lemon was seen harassing the man and following him around as he tried to leave.
“They’ve emptied a house of worship. Everybody has gone home. Their point has been proven worthless, and so in the end, I think they lose,” the man said.
“But more importantly, if I were to break into any of their houses uninvited, cause derision and upset according to their values, I would be kicked out.”
Deputy AG Harmeet Dillon has signaled the intent to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

…The reference to the faith of the congregants is only going to strengthen the federal investigation. While a civil rights charge could be dismissed as a political rather than a religious-centered protest, the DOJ clearly has authority to investigate the group…
